About Family Foot & Ankle
Alps Family Foot and Ankle in Wayne, New Jersey, was established in 2010 by podiatrists Irma Godoy, DPM, and Johanna Godoy, DPM, as one of the first mother-daughter medical practices in New Jersey. As a small foot and ankle surgery clinic, they slowly grew over the years and the community has been loyal since their opening almost 15 years ago.
Jump to 2023, the practice become one of the highest-rated podiatry practices in the Wayne, NJ, secondary to the caring family approach from the doctors. In 2020, Dr. Heidi Godoy joined the practice, bringing a new level of expertise: pediatric podiatry. Dr. Heidi Godoy completed a one-year fellowship in pediatric foot and ankle pathology and, in addition to treating adults, she also treats all the children in the office.
The Alps Family Foot and Ankle team offers a wide range of treatments for conditions such as bunions, flat feet, hammertoe, heel pain, ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, Charcot neuroarthropathy, sprained ankles, toenail fungus, and more. In addition, both Dr. Johanna Godoy and Dr. Heidi Godoy perform foot and ankle surgery, dispense orthotics, and provide sports medicine services. The team always begins with conservative therapy before recommending surgery for certain pathologies.
